Defective or Damaged Products

RETURNING GOODS

Here ARTPRINTS, we offer a 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE because your satisfaction is essential to our success. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days of receipt of the product to receive a replacement or full refund for the purchase price of the product (postage & handling charges will not be refunded).

Please DO NOT ACCCEPT damaged packages. The customer is entitled to refuse the shipment if the package arrives visibly damaged. By signing arriving package or without your signature you agree that it arrived without visible damage.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase contact our Customer service centre on 00610490064706 from 9:00am to 5pm (Sydney time) Monday-Friday or send an e-mail to [email protected]  We will then organise an exchange of product or a refund for the purchase price of the product.

To exchange goods or to receive a refund you need to contact us via phone or email and complete a Returns Form (which we will send you) and return the product in original condition with all accessories and proof of purchase, within 15 days of receipt of the product. Please note, we do not take responsibility for return postage costs.

Please ensure your product is not damaged and packaged well. We happily take responsibility for sending your items in good condition and cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged items being returned.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Once we have received the returned goods in original condition with all accessories, proof of purchase and completed returns form, we will refund the purchase price of the product (delivery charges will not be refunded). We can reverse your credit card transaction (if you used one), post a cheque or provide a replacement product to the same value.
